New dough with Spelt grains (a technique borrowed from Kona), spicy red sauce, mozzarella cheese, black beans and corn, then shredded lettuce and parsley on cold.
Kari wanted a go at trying a new dough recipe too. I did all the rest. New dough, the best red sauce ever, mozzarella cheese, spinach and fresh tomato. Used a different pre-shredded mozzarella on these and it doesn't look so good.
